Event Description
Information was received from an healthcare professional (hcp), regarding a patient receiving baclofen (unknown dose and concentration) via an implantable pump for intractable spasticity.It was reported that upon interrogation (after patient reported hearing critical alarm), and the pump showed a critical alarm - pump defaulted to minimum rate in the logs on (b)(6) 2020 at 12:04 am with no other events in the logs.Information related to the alarm was reviewed.No symptoms reported.No further information provided.

Event Description
Additional information was received on 02-sep-2020 from a healthcare professional (hcp) who reported that the cause for the pump defaulting to minimum rate was not determined.The patient had not been near a source of emi (electromagnetic interference) when the alarm occurred.No further issues had occurred.The patient was very tight but had no withdrawal symptoms related to the event.The patient was given a bolus and the continuous rate was restarted.The patient was better the next day.It was noted that the patient was on flex dosing.No further complications were reported/anticipated.
