Event Description
It was reported that patient noticed the pump being hard and extremely difficult to inflate.Physician tried to troubleshooting the pump in his office with the patient with no success.The doctor agreed it was difficult and replaced the pump in surgery.Pump and cylinders explanted and replaced.
