Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump had motor error.Customer stated that the insulin pump had a stripped battery cap, slower to rewound and unexplained no delivery alarm.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will be returned for analysis.
