It was reported that the patient was brought in clinic for a scheduled pacemaker change-out.The right ventricular (rv) and left ventricular (lv) thresholds and impedance were consistent and stable on the old pacemaker. The new pacemaker was implanted.Upon testing with the new pacemaker during procedure, the rv and lv thresholds had increased. The rv impedance was consistent with the old pacemaker. The lv impedance decreased with the new pacemaker. The lv impedance decrease may had been due to pocket fluid from the procedure as the config was d1-can.The outputs were adjusted for the new measurements. The physician was not concerned and said he would monitor in clinic and remote and believed these measurements may settle back to the previous measurements. The patient was stable, before, during and after the procedure.
