Event Description
During a procedure an attempt was made to use one nc euphora ptca balloon catheter to treat a lesion.The device was inspected with no issues noted.It was reported that during negative prep and prior to insertion into the patient a balloon burst/leak occurred.The burst/leak occurred at 16 atm.No patient injury was reported.
