|
Additional information was received from the patient reporting that their inswas not working and they were getting the por (power on reset) screen.The patient stated that they noticed this message last week.They stated that they had not been using their ins.It was reviewed that the por could be due to low voltage, but the patient indicated that the ins was charged now.Patient services also reviewed por could be due to emi.The patient mentioned that they had ct scans.Patient services walked the patient through clearing the por message with the patient programmer.The patient was able to successfully clear the por and turn the ins back on.The patient confirmed that stimulation was now working.
