Event Description
It was reported that the patient expired.The immediate caused provided was asystole.Leading to the immediate cause were brain death and cardiogenic shock, with sepsis being the underlying cause resulting in the death.The cardiac resynchronization therapy defibrillator (crt-d) system was removed.No further information was reported or could be obtained.
