Event Description
It was reported that the patient's valve was replaced on (b)(6) 2020, and presently, the patient felt that their head was swollen, and there was more cerebral effusion.

Additional information received reported that there were no environmental/external/patient factors that may have led or contributed to the issue.It was stated that the doctor had replaced the new adjustable valve for the patient.
