Event Description
|
Recharger defect (error code 376) was reported.It was stated that charging became unable to be performed, and the device turned off, patient could not move, so the patient was transferred to hospital by ambulance for treatment.When the reset button on the charger was pressed down, it was able to charge normally once, but error code 376 occurred.The product was replaced with a new product and it was confirmed that the new product could be charged without any problems.Issue was resolved.
