Event Description
The patient noticed on (b)(6) 2020 that his implantable neurostimulator moved in his body.The nurse checked it and said that "it was articulating." the patient stated that it almost burnt him on (b)(6) 2020.This was clarified to mean that the implantable neurostimulator felt like it got really warm inside the boy and the implant site got really red.The root cause of the implantable neurostimulator moving is unknown as he has not had any recent trauma or falls.Patient mentioned that he has a group a, b, and c.The patient had stimulation off on the night of (b)(6) 2020 and then turned it back on.The patient felt better when the simulation was off.The patient was redirected to follow-up with their health care professional.
