The device was returned to the service center for evaluation.The customer¿s complaint of ¿no color¿ was confirmed.The unit¿s printed circuit was found faulty causing no colors except black or white on the image.The unit will be repaired and returned to the customer.
 
Event Description
The service center was informed that during an unspecified procedure, there was no color on the image display.The connection was secure, other devices used with this processor were compatible, no resistance when inserting the connector to the port and the scope used was physically inserted into the port with no issues.The intended procedure was completed with a similar device.There were no other devices replaced during the procedure.The procedure was delayed one hour.There was no patient injury reported.
