Event Description
|
Medtronic received information that during the implant of this 34 mm transcatheter bioprosthetic valve, into an insufficient and mildly stenotic 27 mm medtronic surgical valve, the valve was implanted high in the annulus.Subsequently, a 29 mm valve was implanted inside the 34 mm valve.No additional adverse patient effects were reported. .
