Event Description
Information was received from a health care professional (hcp) via a device manufacturer representative regarding a patient receiving morphine and baclofen at unknown concentrations and doses via an implantable infusion pump.It was reported that the patient was having difficulty breathing and was not very responsive.There were no environmental, external or patient factors which may have led or contributed to the issue.It was noted that the patient had a refill on (b)(6) 2020, the day prior to the symptoms.The dose was then decreased by 50% and the patient's personal therapy manager (ptm) was disabled.It was unknown if this resolved the issue.It was noted there was a "possible overdose." the issue was not resolved.No further complications were reported.
