Event Description
It was reported that the patient experienced a pocket infection almost five months after a lead revision procedure where an absorbable envelope was used.It was further reported that the implantable pulse generator (ipg) pocket was red, swollen, warm and painful.The ipg system was explanted.No further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
