Patient allegedly received an implant due to gastric bypass surgery.Patient is alleging mesenteric perforation.Patient notes and further alleges "chest pain and pain throughout body".Per the 04feb2019 ct abdomen and pelvis without contrast: "the inferior anchoring prongs of the ivc filter appear to be slightly outside the contour of the wall of the ivc however there is no retroperitoneal hematoma or hemorrhage noted".
