Event Description
Physician intended to use a nanocross pta balloon during patient treatment.No issues were noted to the product packaging prior to use.No damage was noted when removing the device from the packaging ifu was followed.It is reported when the protective wire at the tip of the balloon was removed and the device was flushed as usual, a something like a wire protruded from the inner cylinder of the shaft.It is reported the device was used for the patient¿s treatment.No patient injury reported.
