Event Description
The patient and a health care professional reported that the implant stopped working in 2010.The patient needs to have an mri for issues unrelated to the device or therapy.The patient states that she doesn't have the patient programmer and that the implantable neurostimulator was implanted in 2006.The patient stated that  years ago, she had a hard fall and disconnected the leads from the implantable neurostimulator.The patient states that the implantable neurostimulator  battery pack is noticeable under her skin, and that she still has everything implanted.The patient stated that the stimulation never helped her, so she never addressed the issue and has left it implanted.
