It was reported that, during a meniscal procedure, the doctor passed the point through the root of the meniscus with the firstpass suture passer and at the moment of passing it, the upper part broke.It was possible to remove all the parts without problem.Backup device was available to complete the procedure.No significant delay and no patient complications were reported.All available information has been disclosed.If additional information should become available, a supplemental report will be submitted accordingly.
