|
Information was received from a consumer regarding a patient who was implanted with a neurostimulator (ins) for spinal pain.It was reported that she has been having trouble with her recharger.Patient clarified the rtm paddle burns he when trying to recharge.Patient stated about 2 weeks ago is when the issue started and it's been getting progressively worse and now she's having difficulty getting the rtm to charge her ins.

Additional information received from the patient reported that the burn happened while charging.The patient reported that the issue was resolved with the replacement of the new paddle.
