Additional Manufacturer Narrative
The reported complaint of the autopulse platform (serial #(b)(4)) power off by itself was not confirmed during functional testing. The autopulse platform powers on and doesn't power off by itself. The initial functional testing failed, the autopulse platform displayed user advisory "(ua)41" (patient temperature sensor failure) error message upon powering on, unrelated to the reported complaint. The root cause of ua41 error was due to a defective temperature sensor likely due to defective component. The temperature sensor was replaced to remedy ua41.No physical damaged observed during visual inspection.During archive data review, observed multiple ua41 (patient temperature sensor failure) error messages in the archive, unrelated to the reported complaint. After service repair completion, the autopulse was subjected to the run-in test using the 95% patient large resuscitation test fixture (lrtf) with good known test batteries until discharged without any fault or error. The autopulse passed all functional testing.
