Event Description
Patient allegedly received an implant on (b)(6) 2009 via the right internal jugular vein due to deep vein thrombosis.Patient is alleging tilt, vena cava perforation.Patient further alleges heart valve repair, 2 stents placed, difficulty in breathing.Report from computerized tomography (ct): "the ivc filter is tilted 6 degrees.The apex of the ivc filter does not touch the ivc wall.The ivc filter apex is less than 2 cm below the most inferior renal vein.The ivc filter perforates the inferior vena cava up to approximately 6 mm.".
