It was reported that, during a shoulder arthroscopy, the distal segment that captures the suture after passing in the "firstpass suture passer" broke inside the patient.All removed safely from patient with arthroscopic graspers.The procedure was successfully completed without delay using a back-up device.No further complications were reported.All available information has been disclosed.If additional information should become available, a supplemental report will be submitted accordingly.
