Event Description
It was reported that the cardiac resynchronization therapy defibrillator (crt-d) system was removed due to infection the month following device replacement.A temporary pacing system was utilized until a leadless implantable pulse generator (ipg) could be implanted.No further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.

Event Description
It was further reported that the site was red and inflamed.When the pocket was opened large amounts of fluid drained.It was also suspected that the patient had an allergic reaction.
