The patient¿s attorney alleged a deficiency against the device.The product was used for laparoscopic therapeutic treatment of bilateral inguinal hernias.It was reported that after implant, the patient experienced recurrence.Post-operative patient treatment included revision surgery.

The patient¿s attorney alleged a deficiency against the device.The product was used for laparoscopic therapeutic treatment of bilateral inguinal hernias.It was reported that after implant, the patient experienced adhesions, inflammation, mesh migration, pain, mental pain, scarring, permanent impairment, loss of enjoyment of life, defective mesh, and recurrence.Post-operative patient treatment included revision surgery and mesh removal.

The patient¿s attorney alleged a deficiency against the device.The product was used for laparoscopic therapeutic treatment of bilateral inguinal hernias.It was reported that after implant, the patient experienced cord lipoma of right inguinal canal, adhesions, inflammation, mesh migration, pain, mental pain, scarring, permanent impairment, loss of enjoyment of life, defective mesh, and recurrence.Post-operative patient treatment included revision surgery on abdomen below umbilicus, medication, mesh removal and hernia repair with new mesh.
