Event Description
Medtronic received information that following the implant of this transcatheter bioprosthetic valve, angiography revealed a dissection from the puncture site to the left superficial femoral artery (lsfa).The cause of the dissection was not reported.Intravascular ultrasound revealed severe stenosis and thrombus.Thrombus aspiration was performed and a stent was implanted.The patient was discharged twenty three days later.No additional adverse patient effects were reported.
