Event Description
It was reported that during a cryo ablation procedure, there was difficulty inserting the sheath into the groin due to the sheath feeling unstable and the dilator tip being flexible. The sheath was able to be inserted into the groin but with a lot of pressure and "kinking. " the case was completed with cryo. No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
