It was reported that during preparation of the 2.0x15mm nc trek balloon dilatation catheter (bdc), saline was leaking from the shaft of the bdc when flushing.A non-abbott device was used to complete the procedure.There was no device use or patient involvement.There was no reported clinically significant delay in the procedure.No additional information was provided.
