|
Patient allegedly received an implant on (b)(6) 2012 via the right internal jugular vein prior to surgery due to history of deep vein thrombosis (dvt).The patient alleges vena cava perforation and perforation abutting an organ.The patient further alleges one strut abuts the periphery of the duodenum, anxiety, worry, fear, depression, and limited mobility.
