Event or Problem Description
It was reported that while processing and putting trays back together, it was noticed some broken articular trials and some with missing springs.These trials were removed from the sets and are needed to be replaced.

Product complaint # (b)(4).Investigation summary : the device associated was returned for examination examination of the returned device confirmed that one spring was missing from the post.Additionally, a post was broken and it was not returned for analysis.Some scratches are seen in the main body of the instrument.The reported event is confirmed depuy synthes considers the investigation closed at this time.Should additional information be received, the information will be reviewed and the investigation may be re-opened as necessary.Device history lot : the product investigation found no evidence suspecting an error in the manufacturing or material that would be a contributing factor in the reported allegation(s).A manufacturing records evaluation (mre) was not performed.
