The patient was initially treated for an abdominal aortic aneurysm (aaa) with implant of an afx2 bifurcated stent graft and an afx vela suprarenal. After the afx2 bifurcated stent graft was implanted the right limb became occluded. The physician elected to perform a femoral-to-femoral bypass from the left to the right connection resolving the limb occlusion. It was also reported that the bifurcated stent graft was possibly seated above the native aortic bifurcation; however, no complications occurred from this. The patient was reported to be without complications.
