Manufacturer Narrative
Concomitant medical products: 429878 lead, implanted: "(b)(6) 201".If information is provided in the future, a supplemental report will be issued.

Event Description
It was reported that a right ventricular (rv) lead warning triggered for out of range impedance. The rv lead bipolar and unipolar impedance dropped to low.It was also reported that a polarity switch had previously occurred due to the rv lead low bipolar impedance (this is a pace/sense lead). The rv lead impedance was also noted as taking varying dips.A new remote transmission revealed the rv lead impedance returned to normal range. The right atrial (ra) lead was noted as exhibiting sensing issue and noise, however trends appear stable.A remote transmission revealed the cardiac resynchronization therapy defibrillator (crt-d) encountered invalid cardiac compass data. The rv lead, ra lead and crt-d remain in use.No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
