Event Description
Information was received from a patient who was implanted with an implantable neurostimulator (ins) for unknown indications for use.The reason for call was pt said they had relief on friday and then saturday morning they were not getting any relief.Pt said they were not feeling any stimulation even when they tried turning the stimulation up high (controller 100%, ins 80%).Pt confirmed their was a green box around group a.Pt then tried group b (program 1), pt increased stimulation to 5 and said it if they stand straight up, they can feel a "zap" from their back to their butt.Pt then switched to group c program 1, and said it was at 5.1.Pt said they felt just about nothing (could feel it slightly).Pt mentioned also over the weekend they were having issues getting the ins to charge past 50% and then it would die in a little over an hour.Pt said they had gotten it recharged up to 100% once but it wasn't helping their back what so ever. The patient was redirected to their healthcare provider to further address the issue.
