Event Description
It was reported that a dissection occurred.Vascular access was obtained via the femoral artery.The 90% stenosed, 2.50 x 20mm, concentric, de novo, target lesion was located in a mildly tortuous and severely calcified left circumflex artery.Following pre-dilation, a 2.50 x 20 synergy stent was deployed.After the stent was deployed, some dissection was observed.A 2.50 x 12 synergy was placed to cover the dissection.The patient was stable and responding well.
