Information was received from multiple sources (manufacturer representative, healthcare provider) regarding a patient who was implanted with an implantable neurostimulator (ins) for gastric stimulation.It was reported that the patient was experiencing a shocking sensation.Contributing factors were unknown.The patient had an ultrasound and it didn't really show anything, so they are being referred to a different healthcare provider.The issue was unresolved at the time of report.
