Event Description
It was reported that after inserting the implantable device into the pocket, the patient connector lost connection to the device due to low power.The user connected to the mobile programmer base to charge the patient connector to resolve the issue.It was further noted that the patient connector had not been charged in six days.The user also expressed dissatisfaction with the charging time of the patient connector.The patient connector remains in use. no patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
