Ge healthcare technical support performed a checkout of the system remotely and recommended replacement of the flow sensors to resolve the issue.No report of patient involvement.Date of device manufacture year is 2007.The month of manufacture was unavailable at time of mdr filing.Legal manufacturer: (b)(4).

Additional information was received that the reported malfunction was caused by an incorrectly seated bellows and is therefore a use error and was not a reportable malfunction.
