Event Description
It was reported that the customer experienced a low blood glucose (bg) level of 37-39 mg/dl.Bg cause was not known.Reportedly, the customer lost their balance due to dizziness and hit their head on the bathroom sink.The customer did not report needing assistance due to this incident.Customer consumed carbohydrates to address bg.Recommendation was made to consult with a healthcare provider to discuss diabetes management.
