Additional manufacturing narrative: other, other text: the returned device was evaluated.Visual inspection upon receiving revealed foreign contaminant observed on the touchscreen surface.During operational testing, abnormal touchscreen functionality was observed.The touchscreen responded to physical touch, but the screen was also activated without physical touch.Temporarily installed a touchscreen from known good radical-7 and customer device was fully functional.A service history record review reveals that this unit was in the field for over seven (7) years with no previous reported issues related to this reported event.
