Event or Problem Description
It was reported the tubing of a clearlink system non-dehp solution set appeared cracked and subsequently leaked.The event occurred in the neonatal icu during total parenteral nutrition (tpn) infusion.The tpn was discarded.There was no report of patient injury or medical intervention associated with this event.No additional information is available.
