Event Description
The emdr is being submitted for unknown number of patients for unknown number of lot with unknown quantity.It was reported by pharmacist that the dressing was very difficult to remove and stuck too much to the skin causing pain to the patient.The dressing was leaving residue as well.Photographs depicting the issue were received from the complainant.The pharmacist said this issue had happened many times, however, they had not received any complaints before and only had one lot number.
