This mdr is being submitted as part of a batch submission of previously closed complaints that were reassessed as reportable foam degradation complaints; discovered as part of a retrospective remediation review.
Event or Problem Description
A ventilator was returned to the manufacturer for service.There was no harm or injury reported.During the evaluation of the device at the manufacturer's service center, the blower and stirring fan foam kit were replaced.The manufacturer's investigation is ongoing.A follow-up report will be submitted when the manufacturer's investigation is complete.
