Event Description
Information was received from a manufacturer representative regarding a patient who was implanted with an implantable neurostimulator (ins).It was reported that the patient stated that she went up to go to the restroom and it felt like stimulator went "full blast".Patient typically runs at 1.3 v and does not touch settings.When using pp to check ins, the  therapy was off and amplitude was set to 0.Before calling into technical services (ts), the patient was warned that she may feel stimulation during an impedance check.Patient felt uncomfortable stim from neck to toes and across lumbar on back during impedances.Patient's leads are placed cervically.Impedances are all within normal range.Patient has not touched settings since device was implanted.The issue was not resolved through troubleshooting.Ts advised that there is a chance that lead could have migrated.Suggested to having imaging done and compare them to older images if possible to determine if migration is possible.

Event Description
Additional information from the rep indicated that the cause of the issue was unknown.The patient was to meet with the hcp on (b)(6) 2022.Impedances were checked, and the rep made sure the device was off.The issue was not resolved.The hcp was going to to some tests and x-rays.
