Event or Problem Description
It was reported that a (b)(6) year old caucasian female patient underwent breast augmentation revision with two 555cc mentor memorygel breast implants.Post-operatively, the patient suffered a right breast that looks weird, out of place, achy, looks flat on top, possibly ruptured or leaking and have shifted.At the time of this report, mentor has received no information regarding explantation or an expected explantation date.
