Event or Problem Description
It was reported that a (b)(6) caucasian female patient underwent a breast augmentation surgery with implantation of a 175cc mentor memorygel breast implant prosthesis.Post-operatively, the patient stated that her left breast appeared smaller, and that the volume had decreased.Additionally, she had mammogram imaging conducted and the left breast and the left breast implant were described as crinkling.At the time of this report, mentor has received no information regarding explantation or an expected explantation date.
