Event Description
|
It was reported that a few days after implant of the left ventricular (lv) lead, there was a warning for high undefined impedance. The impedance has also increased since implant. The out of range pole of the lv lead was checked with analyzer cables and there was no issue with the lead impedance. It was thought that the cardiac resynchronization therapy pacemaker (crt-p) was contributing to the lead impedance issue.Consequently, the device was explanted and replaced. No changes to the lv lead.No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
