A non-healthcare professional reported that following an intraocular lens (iol) implant procedure, the patient experienced blurred vision, halos, myopic vision and bcva 20/30 unexplainable.The iol was exchanged in a secondary procedure days following the initial procedure.Additional information has been requested.
