Event or Problem Description
On (b)(6) 2022, it was reported by a sales representative via email that an ar-7715 ucl implant kit anchor broke prematurely.Case was completed using a separate 3.5 by 8.5 forked tip swivelock.This was discovered during a ucl repair procedure on (b)(6) 2022.
