Event or Problem Description
It was reported that a (b)(6) caucasian female patient underwent a breast augmentation primary with a mentor memorygel breast implant 595cc and experienced rupture on the right side post-operatively, which was confirmed via mammogram and ultrasound.As a result, the patient is scheduled for removal on (b)(6) 2022.
