|
An attempt was made to use a resolute integrity rx coronary drug eluting stent to treat a mildly tortuous, moderately calcified lesion.The device was inspected with issues.Negative prep was performed with no issues.It was reported that the stent deformation occurred in vivo post deployment.The passage of the resolute integrity stent through the lesion was blocked.It was detailed that the stent was partially explanted.The patient is alive with no injury.
