Event Description
According to the reporter, prior to use, the unit had shown blanket overheat system error.The issue was isolated to the device. there was no patient involvement.

Event Description
According to the reporter, prior to use, the unit would not produce heat and had shown blanket overheat symbol error.It was also indicated that the unit did not exhibit being hot/smoky or had an odor.The unit shut down due to an actual or perceived over-temperature condition and this was a medium priority alarm.The issue was isolated to the device. there was no patient involvement.
